Remembrance Day - Arts & Crafts Club
This week, the children used watercolours to paint poppies. They tried to keep their painting simple, so that the poppies stood out. We discussed the symbolism behind the poppy and why letting it stand out on the page was so effective. It was brilliant to see the children so reflective with their work and showing their respect in such a reverent way.
