Phenomenal phonics in Reception

We have been so impressed with Reception this term. We have all learned to write our names from memory since starting school. They have also learned a range of phonemes and graphemes in phonics this term and are beginning to put these into their writing. 

Each lesson we learn a new phoneme (sound) and the children practise reading words with these in and then they are now also beginning to write.
