Paper helicopters for science in year 2!!

For our science lesson in year 2, we were finding out all about air resistance. To investigate how air particles push against an object, we made our own paper helicopters. We had lots of fun throwing them in the air and watching them spin!

Another fantastic day at PGL! Despite the weather not playing along, we've embraced the change in schedule with enthusiasm. World Book Day 2024

 We were so impressed with the costumes this year!  The children (and staff) made a brilliant effort and this also encourage lots of 'Book talk' throughout the day with children role playing as their character and discussing the stories they were from.  Well done all!
