Identifying, Classifying & Grouping in Year 2!


In Science we have been learning all about living things and what has never been alive! Today we looked at habitats. The children developed their understanding through the enquiry type: identifying, classifying and grouping, where they sorted animals and plants into different categories. 

I think a frog's habitat would be a pond because it's an amphibian - Ethan

Our habitat is our home, so that would be an urban habitat - Mia
