Poetry in Year 3!

 Opening our magic boxes, the Year 3s found a treasure trove of delights inside. Over this week, we have been writing free-verse poems inspired by 'The Magic Box'. There were so many great poems. Today was the chance to look at performance techniques and put them into practice.

Another fantastic day at PGL! Despite the weather not playing along, we've embraced the change in schedule with enthusiasm. The children have risen to the occasion, tackling new challenges and making the most of every moment.  All the children have slept well and are enjoying the food on offer! World Book Day 2024

 We were so impressed with the costumes this year!  The children (and staff) made a brilliant effort and this also encourage lots of 'Book talk' throughout the day with children role playing as their character and discussing the stories they were from.  Well done all!
