Types of Filtration Year 5

 In year 5 we conducted an experiment to investigate different types of filtration and year 5 successfully attempted to create a paper filter to separate sand from water, for our conclusion we discussed the results and spoke about our next lesson based on irreversible and reversible changes.

Another fantastic day at PGL! Despite the weather not playing along, we've embraced the change in schedule with enthusiasm.  We were so impressed with the costumes this year!  The children (and staff) made a brilliant effort and this also encourage lots of 'Book talk' throughout the day with children role playing as their character and discussing the stories they were from.  Well done all!
