The Naughty Bus visits Year 1!

Uh oh! Yesterday, The Naughty Bus made a visit to Year 1 and he made an almighty mess! We couldn't believe how naughty he had been! 

Together, as a class, we took photos and made careful observations and notes before submitting our findings to Mr Taylor, our site manager. We used our phonics to make sure our writing was as accurate as possible for our crime scene reports. 

We then worked together to clean and tidy up the mess that Naughty Bus had made. 



Thankfully, Naughty Bus reflected on his behaviour and left us a letter of apology this morning. Hopefully, he will not return and leave a mess like that again!

Well done Year 1 for some excellent writing and problem solving. It seems like Naughty Bus has certainly learnt his lesson!

World Book Day 2024

 We were so impressed with the costumes this year!  The children (and staff) made a brilliant effort and this also encourage lots of 'Book talk' throughout the day with children role playing as their character and discussing the stories they were from.  Well done all!
