Christmas cheer in Year 1

Year 1 have spent the penultimate day of the Autumn term making Christmas wreaths and Christmas tree decorations.

Their behaviour was impeccable as they used the school's 4 R's of respect, reciprocity, resourcefulness and resilience to create their art work. All the children did an excellent job of tidying up after themselves too! 

Well done Year 1. We hope you enjoy your decorations at home with your families over the festive period.

Well done for all of your hard work this past term and we look forward to seeing you all next year, ready and refreshed for all of your new learning! Happy holiday and God bless you and your families.

World Book Day 2024

 We were so impressed with the costumes this year!  The children (and staff) made a brilliant effort and this also encourage lots of 'Book talk' throughout the day with children role playing as their character and discussing the stories they were from.  Well done all!
