St Pius X girls, debut new football kit

Today saw our girls’ football team play their last game of the season, wearing their new football kits!

These were purchased with the money raised from the cake sale back in February and some kind donations from the school Governors.




Using designs they had created, a kit was produced that had all the elements they wanted. 

They look smart and professional and the girls definitely felt great wearing them. 

Thank you to everyone who purchased a cake/cakes.

Bawdsey Day 2

Today has been another action-packed day here at Bawdsey, with the children up bright and early, full of energy and excitement for what lay ahead. After a hearty hot breakfast to fuel the morning, the first activities kicked off: canoeing and Survivor (a fantastic session of den building and outdoor skills). The children embraced the challenge, showing great teamwork and creativity as they constructed their shelters and took to the water with enthusiasm. Following a tasty lunch, the afternoon brought even more thrills with the giant swing — a definite favourite! There were plenty of cheers (and a few nervous giggles) as each child took their turn. We rounded off the day’s activities with a problem-solving session, where teamwork, communication, and thinking outside the box were the keys to success.
