Rocksteady Workshop!

We LOVED our Rocksteady workshop today. We had a chance to listen to and explore the sounds made using the instruments and the children enjoyed have the chance to play the instruments themselves. The children formed a band and worked together to perform to the audience. 

Tim from Rocksteady was inspirational for the pupils and really engaged them in wanting to learn an instrument. You can find out more about it here.

Another fantastic day at PGL! Despite the weather not playing along, we've embraced the change in schedule with enthusiasm. The children have risen to the occasion, tackling new challenges and making the most of every moment.  All the children have slept well and are enjoying the food on offer! World Book Day 2024

 We were so impressed with the costumes this year!  The children (and staff) made a brilliant effort and this also encourage lots of 'Book talk' throughout the day with children role playing as their character and discussing the stories they were from.  Well done all!
