Year 2's Superhuman Entry Point!

The 'Entry Point' for our new IPC topic, Superhumans, involved a carousel of activities about our amazing bodies!

We made teeth and toothbrushes out of play-dough, role-played being opticians, played shopping games, made shopping lists and drew healthy meals and thought about our 5 senses and the main external parts of our bodies. I wonder what we will find out about our amazing bodies!

Another fantastic day at PGL! Despite the weather not playing along, we've embraced the change in schedule with enthusiasm. The children have risen to the occasion, tackling new challenges and making the most of every moment.  All the children have slept well and are enjoying the food on offer! World Book Day 2024

 We were so impressed with the costumes this year!  The children (and staff) made a brilliant effort and this also encourage lots of 'Book talk' throughout the day with children role playing as their character and discussing the stories they were from.  Well done all!
