Superhumans Entry Point in Year 2!

Our new topic for IPC is Superhumans!

We have been exploring our super bodies! We enjoyed a carousel of activities including:

  O Opticians – ‘We can wear sunglasses to protect our eyes’ (Blessed)

·       Healthy food dishes – ‘I’ve drawn a watermelon’ (Jayan)

·       Exercise – ‘My favourite pose was the splits’ (Bow)

·       Shopping for healthy food – ‘I love the shopping game!’

Another fantastic day at PGL! Despite the weather not playing along, we've embraced the change in schedule with enthusiasm. The children have risen to the occasion, tackling new challenges and making the most of every moment.  All the children have slept well and are enjoying the food on offer! World Book Day 2024

 We were so impressed with the costumes this year!  The children (and staff) made a brilliant effort and this also encourage lots of 'Book talk' throughout the day with children role playing as their character and discussing the stories they were from.  Well done all!
