Celebration Assembly and Easter Bonnet Parade 🌸🐣

Today marked our final celebration assembly before the Easter break, and what a wonderful way to end the term! 

The children took part in a fantastic Easter bonnet parade, enjoying the sunshine and music as they proudly showcased their creative designs. Each teacher had the difficult task of selecting a winner for their class, and we were amazed by the effort and imagination on display.

Alongside the bonnet competition, we also announced the winners of the St Pius X PA fundraiser. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed - funds will be used to purchase school equipment.

Bawdsey Day 2

Today has been another action-packed day here at Bawdsey, with the children up bright and early, full of energy and excitement for what lay ahead. After a hearty hot breakfast to fuel the morning, the first activities kicked off: canoeing and Survivor (a fantastic session of den building and outdoor skills). The children embraced the challenge, showing great teamwork and creativity as they constructed their shelters and took to the water with enthusiasm. Following a tasty lunch, the afternoon brought even more thrills with the giant swing — a definite favourite! There were plenty of cheers (and a few nervous giggles) as each child took their turn. We rounded off the day’s activities with a problem-solving session, where teamwork, communication, and thinking outside the box were the keys to success.
