Year 5 Class Mass

Year 5 gathered for our very special Class Mass. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to pause, reflect, and celebrate our faith together as a community.


We were delighted to welcome Father Paul, who joined us in the classroom to lead the service. His presence always brings a sense of calm and joy to our school, and it was a privilege to have him guide us through our worship.



Year 5 showed spiritual maturity during the times of reflection and participated fully in the worship. 

Thank you to those parents who were able to join us for the service. We are already looking forward to our next Mass.

Bawdsey Day 2

Today has been another action-packed day here at Bawdsey, with the children up bright and early, full of energy and excitement for what lay ahead. After a hearty hot breakfast to fuel the morning, the first activities kicked off: canoeing and Survivor (a fantastic session of den building and outdoor skills). The children embraced the challenge, showing great teamwork and creativity as they constructed their shelters and took to the water with enthusiasm. Following a tasty lunch, the afternoon brought even more thrills with the giant swing — a definite favourite! There were plenty of cheers (and a few nervous giggles) as each child took their turn. We rounded off the day’s activities with a problem-solving session, where teamwork, communication, and thinking outside the box were the keys to success.
