Year 2 Infant Music Festival!

Wow! What a fantastic morning Year 2 had!

After a rehearsal with the other particpating schools, we were ready to perform 'There's a sunflower in my supper!'

Lots of singing, actions, dancing, narrating and acting - well done to all of our children for their enthusiasm and confidence. Everyone said how polite and well-behaved they were. A credit to our school!

Thank you to those family and friends who were able to join us and cheer on the children.

Bawdsey Day 2

Today has been another action-packed day here at Bawdsey, with the children up bright and early, full of energy and excitement for what lay ahead. After a hearty hot breakfast to fuel the morning, the first activities kicked off: canoeing and Survivor (a fantastic session of den building and outdoor skills). The children embraced the challenge, showing great teamwork and creativity as they constructed their shelters and took to the water with enthusiasm. Following a tasty lunch, the afternoon brought even more thrills with the giant swing — a definite favourite! There were plenty of cheers (and a few nervous giggles) as each child took their turn. We rounded off the day’s activities with a problem-solving session, where teamwork, communication, and thinking outside the box were the keys to success.

 We were very impressed with the costumes this year!  Year 5 Year 6 Year 4 Year 3 Year 2 Year 1 Reception Assembly  Staff Staff A wonderful effort was made by all and we were particularly impressed with the home made costumes! Well done everyone!
